The Serra do Lajeado is located in the district of Taquaruçu, in the Palmas mountains. The region is located in an Environmental Protection Area and is known for its refreshing waterfalls, preserved valleys, skilled artisans, and a paradise for birdwatchers.
Experiences: 1. Bathing, light hiking, and contemplation at the Roncadeira and Escorrega Macaco waterfalls or Vale do Vai Quem Quer. 2. Bathing and light hiking at the Evilson waterfall or the Cachoeira Ecológica sanctuary. 3. Visit to a local craft shop, depending on the pace of the trip and the interests of the group. We will choose the tours according to the pace of the trip, the group's profile, and operational factors.
Optional experiences: rappelling at the Roncadeira waterfall and zip-lining in the Taquaruçu valley, one of the largest in Brazil.
Includes: overnight stay with breakfast at the charming Casa das Flores guesthouse or equivalent, and all the amenities of the expedition. Double accommodation. Option to upgrade at the Aldeia da Serra guesthouse.
The closing time is flexible, allowing adjustments as needed to flight schedules. Taquaruçu is conveniently located 40 minutes from the airport.
